We do not own or operate airlines. All tickets are issued by airlines or authorised booking partners. Therefore, all refunds are governed by the airline's or supplier's rules.
2. Service Fees
Once a customer makes a payment:
- Our consultation, search, and booking service fees are non-refundable.
- These charges cover the time, effort, and expertise used to find and secure the best possible deal.
3. Ticket Refunds
If your ticket is eligible for a refund:
- The refund will be processed in accordance with the airline's fare rules.
- Refunds depend on whether your ticket is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.
- Any airline cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show penalties will apply.
- BestSkyDeals is not responsible for airline refund delays or deductions.
4. Cancellation by Customer
If you choose to cancel your ticket:
- You must inform us as soon as possible.
- We will submit the refund request to the airline on your behalf.
- The airline will determine the refund amount.
- Our service charges will not be refunded.
5. Airline Cancellations or Changes
If an airline cancels or changes your flight:
- We will assist you in requesting a refund or rebooking as per airline policy.
- Final approval and refund amount depend solely on the airline.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved by the airline:
- It may take 7–30 working days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
- Delays are beyond our control once the request is submitted.
7. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
No refund will be issued if:
- Incorrect passenger details were provided (name, passport number, DOB, etc.)
- The traveller fails to show up for the flight
- Visa, immigration, or travel restrictions prevent travel
8. Fraud & Chargebacks
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed without contacting BestSkyDeals first may result in:
- Cancellation of services
- Legal action if fraud is detected
